These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of bestdealhunters.com (the "Site") and the BestDealHunter social media accounts, operated by BestDealHunter ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Site provides
BestDealHunter is a free deal-discovery service. We list discounted products sold by third-party retailers and link to the retailers' websites. We do not sell products, process orders or payments, ship goods, or provide customer service, returns or warranties for any product. Every purchase is a transaction between you and the retailer, under the retailer's terms.
2. Prices and availability may change
Deal information (price, original or reference price, discount, stock, seller, shipping and promo codes) comes from the retailer's own data or page when the deal is listed. Retailers can change or end a deal at any time without notice, and errors can happen. Information on the Site is provided for general information only and is not an offer or a guarantee. Always confirm the price and details on the retailer's website before you buy. We are not responsible for differences between the Site and the retailer's website.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Some links are affiliate links. If you make a qualifying purchase after clicking one, we may earn a commission from the retailer or affiliate network at no additional cost to you. Affiliate programs we take part in include the eBay Partner Network and the Amazon Associates program. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Commissions do not change how deals are selected.
4. Images and content
Deal images may be product photos or illustrative graphics, some made with design or AI image tools. They are illustrations only and are not a representation of the exact item, price or condition; the retailer's listing governs. Product names, brands, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products. Their use does not mean the owner endorses or is affiliated with BestDealHunter.
The Site's own text, design and graphics belong to BestDealHunter. You may share links to the Site and our posts; please do not copy or republish our content in bulk, or scrape the Site, without our written permission.
5. Third-party websites
Links take you to websites we do not control. Their content, products, terms and privacy practices are their responsibility. A link is not an endorsement of the retailer or seller.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the Site: for example, by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or free of errors.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestDealHunter is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on its information, or any purchase you make from a third party. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version takes effect when it is posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
